The Next Generation
of Dump Trailers: Genesis II™
The Smooth Surface That's
Proven Profitable
East has taken Genesis design one step farther by applying our patented aerodynamic, smooth-side technology to the floor of the trailer.
Improved aerodynamics. Less maintenance.
Genesis II offers the added advantage of a totally smooth bottom that improves the trailer's aerodynamic performance while simplifying maintenance. The smooth surface underneath the trailer eliminates exposed cross-members where ice, mud and snow can build-up. It also provides for more efficient air flow, promoting less drag and lower fuel consumption.
The Genesis II floor is a patented design that is stronger than the traditional cross-member supported design it replaces.
The floor panel extrusions have internal stiffeners specifically designed to efficiently support trailer loads. They are also made of a new aluminum alloy that is stronger and more wear resistant. This design optimizes the trailer's strength-to-weight ratio, for optimum payload and maximum payback on investment. In addition, the "hollow" extruded floor panel design provides improved insulation opportunities to reduce the likelihood of loads freezing in the trailer.
Built in protection, for both the trailer and the driver.
Built into the Genesis II design is additional trailer protection from the adverse weather conditions. Electrical wiring and airlines are almost completely enclosed and virtually unexposed to the elements.
Frameless Air Deflection System
The Genesis II design on the East frameless dump trailer incorporates a patent pending air deflection system at the rear frame structure that deflects water, mud, snow and debris away from airlines, tanks and valves. In addition to improving the trailer's aerodynamics, the air deflection system also allows components to run drier and freer of moisture and road splash.
East always thinks about driver safety
The new Genesis II floor design allows a unitized wall – floor construction, which improves the torsional stiffness of the trailer. This reduces twisting during dumping, thus increasing dump stability and driver safety.
