You will be professionally instructed in the following areas in our custom in-house welding program:
- Welding Safety
- Weld Quality
- Weld Procedures
- Proper Weld Techniques
Wages & Benefits
Are you looking for a better wage and benefit package? East is hiring skilled and non-skilled employees:
- No experience? No problem!
- We will provide free paid training
- Starting wages are $21.35 – $21.60 per hour with guaranteed raises
- Comp package over $38 per hour, including insurance, paid holidays, PPE and more
- Once you have completed 60 days of employment, you are eligible for additional benefits
- 11 paid holidays
